Pedro Goncalves has finished beta 3 of his killer component Supportcenter. The new version comes with many changes:

• Many bug fixes
• New fields added in the tickets (time used, public)
• Multi-language support in backend and frontend
• Implementation of support contracts
• Client Managers have access to stats on the support frontpage
• Support Staff have access to stats on the support frontpage
• New fields in the clients (state, mobile)
• Status have been modified
• ACL is automatically installed without editing the file
• New options in the configuration file
• SEF support
