Mambo and You
When did you get in contact with Mambo? Around 6 months ago (mid 2003). What is your current role in the Mambo community? Template designer and converter. Do you have any Mambo projects beside the above? AiTeo Computers (beta testing at the moment - www.aiteo.com.au), Shoufimafi Australia (alpha stage), various template and design development projects for other firms. What are you doing, when you are not working for Mambo? Writing and producing music, playing basketball.
About Mambo
What is Mambo's biggest advantage against other CMS? Modularity (ease of use to integrate CMTs) and adaptability. And the biggest disadvantage? Incomplete integration of ecommerce packages at this time. Where do you see Mambo in the future? Fully W3C compliant, with a full range of high quality GPL and commercial products (CMTs) and the same ease of use. Your final word to the community? As a designer, Mambo has shown itself to be a great design base for web and ecommerce. It allows any business, no matter what size, to demonstrate a full portal package, with minumim time and effort. |
