MamboSolutions has released a complete server system called LimboServer today. The server is ready to run for Windows machines and comes with a preinstalled version of Limbo. The whole system can easily be started through an executeable file. Afterwards you check out Limbo running on your local webserver. Limbo is a CMS which does not need a database, but is very similar to Mambo and can even use Mambo templates and language files. You can download LimboServer from our filebase.
