Vikas Patial has updated Limbo, Mambo's small brother, to version 1.0.3 alpha yesterday. Besides a lot of bugfixes, the new version also comes with many new features:

• Frontend editor login
• Mass mailing support
• New pathway system
• News and content submission by user
• Next previous page support
• Online content editing
• Removal of components which are availible seprately
• Simple multilevel ACL for the system

Mamboportal.com's filebase was update to the new version, where you now can download the Limbo. The content management system is very similar to Mambo and can even use Mambo's language files and templates. As it needs no database backend, it is optimal for smaller websites, which do not have a database in their hosting package.
