Thomas Kahl, webmaster of Mambots.com and moderator at Mambers.com, has detected a Spyware function in A6 Mambocredits, a component developed by Bob de Wit from Active6.com. During the installation of the component, it send out an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it  containing informations from you configuration.php file.

I advise everybody not to install this software and delete it immediately from your system. We have removed all A6 stuff from our filebase, in case other developments also contain spyware.
