The most exiting new thing is the much better design of the backend. If you enter the admin, you are welcomed by the 'Control Panel', from where you can access all important parts. Beta 4 now also supports admin modules and admin templates. The long discussed usabilty issue seems to be finally solved. Thumbs up! Some new features made it to the content items. They now can be duplicated with a single click. The Delete feature has been changed to a Trash Manager, where deleted items now will be stored untill final removal. The Menu Manager now can be used to add multiple menu tree's. The newsflash component has been moved into the content section. The help system works fine now and is more complete than ever. And many more small fixes and new features have made it into this release. Although this is a must download, please note it is still a beta and should not be used on productive websites. Today the development team has released beta 4 of the upcoming version 4.5.1 of Mambo. This beta comes with many significant changes since the last versions.
