Gayle Davis has made a Mambo vs. Postnuke load comparison today. She used a bash script, which starts  5 simultaneous connections every second on an apache server. The whole test last 2 minutes while the severs load is logged every 10 seconds.

Mambo could handle this traffic easily, but Postnuke went up to 60% load during the test. A more detailed description with a larger graph has been posted into the official forums at Mamboserver.com:
