Quickdown Mambot for ReMOSitory Print E-mail

Sascha Claren has released a new Mambot called Quickdown for Mambo 4.5 today. The Mambot can display a download link and some additional informations from files in your ReMOSitory filebase. The Mambot has been added to our filebase and can be downloaded from there.

Olivier Gougain has updated the old MosSmilies Mambot originally written by Phil Taylor. The bot now supports not only 3 bot 56 different text smiley symbols and converts them to images. These images also have been included into this release. You can download it from our filebase:

A skill image added by the bot.Tobias Struckmeier has developed a small Mambot for Mambo 4.5 recently, which is called MOS Audience. The bot easily lets you add graphical skill levels to your articles. This way your users can judge for themselves if an article is interesting for them or not. Sebastian Unterberg has created another Mambot for Mambo 4.5 today. MOS Dirlist, which is the name of the bot, integrates directory listings into your content items. The list comes with nice icons and you can specify which directory should be presented to the user. You can get ir from our downloads section.

Sebastian Unterberg has developed a new Mambot for Mambo 4.5 today which is called Highlight Search. The bot highlight's searched text when a user enters your Mambo website from a search engine like Google, Fireball or Lycos. You can download it from our downloads section.

Al Warren and Tony Scida's Bots n Stuff project has released another Mambot for Mos 4.5 today. Similar to the Customizerbot the Tooglebot lets you selectively toggle the state of content item elements such as icons, author or date on or off. You can download it from our filebase.

Today I have added four recent releases from Al Warren to Mamboportal.com's filebase, which include 3 Mambots and 1 addon:

  • Banner Bot: Lets you place banners from Mambo's core banner component inside content items.
  • Footnote Bot: Can be used to add footnotes to your content itmes.
  • Modulebot: Lets you easily place modules inside content items.
  • Title Path: Replaces Mambo's core path and brings some additional features.

Aprisobal has updated his Customizerbot to version 1.6 yesterday. The powerfull bot, which lets you totally customize your content items comes with several new features:
  • Alt text of buttons shows in statusbar of browser
  • Header and buttons stay in one line
  • Improved design of panel for browser Mozilla and Opera
  • Patcher supporting MOS 4.5 1.0.7 and 1.0.8.
I have updated the Mamboportal's filebase to the new version, where you can download it.

Sascha Claren has developed a new Mambot called mosInfoPop for Mambo 4.5 today. The bot generates 'Mouser-Over' boxes for the terms of the Glossary component. Andy Stewart has developed a Mambot, which lets only certain usergroups read certain parts of Mambo's content items. The botcommand also gives you the possibility to combine certain usergroups. The bot comes with modified core files too, which makes the bot even work on PDF creation. You can download it from our filebase.
